Adult Instructional

M2 Hockey's Adult Instructional nights are designed to help B and C level players improve their basic hockey skills by providing detailed instruction. Topics range from edgework to goal scoring. Each week a new skill is introduced and the previous week's skill is reviewed. Below is a list of topics covered in previous sessions:
