Why a pushup routine? Pushups simultaneously target your chest, deltoids, lower back and triceps. Few other exercises are as effective in targeting these key areas of the body. Pushups are also a low-cost exercise. We recommend using pushup bars (less than $20) to increase your range of motion, but they can also be done without them for free.
